Returns & Exchanges Policy
Unless otherwise specified, purchases from CameraByTaz are not refundable after purchase. However, in special cases, we offer to exchange your purchase or issue a credit note at any of our stores.

If you believe you have a defective CameraByTaz product that was purchased from CameraByTaz, please contact Consumer Relations at +94 777 371 289 to set up a return authorisation for inspection. All items considered for refund or exchange must be brought in “as new” condition, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials originally provided. CameraByTaz reserves the right to determine between a defective product and a used product. Upon inspection, if you qualify for an exchange or store credit, please ensure to have the hard copy of the Inspection receipt on hand during the transaction process.
After 15 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.
Upon approval of a return, the item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy) and CameraByTaz will offer to exchange your purchase or issue a credit note at any of our stores.
Please note that the product will not be issued until the payment is transferred to the company account via the bank.
